- Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team comprising Marketers, Creative professionals, Sales representatives, and Operations personnel.
- Business Development: Generate and implement strategies for new business development, cultivating trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Over a decade of experience in project management, account management, or a related sector.
- Demonstrates exceptional relationship-building skills and a keen ability to foster robust working relationships with clients.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
