Logistics Coordinator Supervisor

As a Logistics Coordinator Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.

  • Oversee the planning and coordination of logistics operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supply chain management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with other business functions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or supervision, preferably in a warehouse and distribution environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
