We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to provide administrative support for warehouse operations. This role ensures the accuracy of inventory records, monitors incoming and outgoing goods, and coordinates with logistics, purchasing, and warehouse personnel for smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and warehouse transactions.
  • Prepare and process delivery receipts, stock transfer forms, and other warehouse documents.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing for replenishment.
  • Support inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Liaise with logistics and operations teams to track shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of warehouse-related documents.

Becoming a part of our team requires the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics admin roles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with inventory or ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
