  • We are looking to hire a hard-working and dependable warehouse assistant to process all incoming and outgoing merchandise in accordance with company guidelines. The warehouse assistant's responsibilities include identifying ways to maximize warehouse storage space, removing warehouse trash on a regular basis, and promptly notifying management of damaged merchandise or equipment. You should also be able to maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety regulations at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives and inspects incoming merchandise for damage and quality.
  • Counts and weighs received items accurately.
  • Assists in locating and retrieving items from storage for shipment.
  • Prepares merchandise for shipment by packaging and labeling.
  • Moves outgoing shipments to the delivery area.
  • Ensures secure loading of merchandise onto delivery vehicles.
  • Maintains accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Operates warehouse lifting equipment to handle and move merchandise.
  • Organizes warehouse inventory according to company guidelines.
  • Helps maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Warehouse Assistant Requirements:

  • At least High School Graduate or GED.
  • Proven experience as a warehouse helper.
  • Familiarity with standard warehouse procedures.
  • Proficient in inventory management software (specifically Excel).
  • Ability to operate warehouse lift equipment (e.g., forklift).
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties.
  • Willing to report and work at Brgy. Timbao, Biñan, Laguna.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
