Online Community Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Community Management Specialist to help strengthen and protect our clients' online presence. As part of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring key review platforms, crafting empathetic and professional responses, and supporting initiatives that encourage positive client feedback.
This role requires a strong background in community management or customer success roles, with experience in customer service, reputation management, or community building. You will need to leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline processes, track performance, and deliver actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring major review platforms daily for new activity.
- Drafting and posting timely, professional responses to customer reviews.
- Assisting in implementing outreach campaigns to encourage satisfied clients to leave positive reviews.
- Tracking review performance metrics and generating regular reports for management and clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent written communication skills, the ability to design workflows, and a willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment. If you have experience with AI tools, automation connectors, and basic Google Sheets/Excel proficiency, you will be well-positioned for success.
