Join us to apply for an exciting opportunity as an Associate Email Deliverability Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of emails to our Heroes.

About this role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and solve complex delivery and deliverability challenges for our users.
  • Assist users with issues related to blocklists, spam traps, and ISPs.
  • Help create email warmup schedules and monitor progress.
  • Monitor email metrics and improve sending reputations.
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience in a customer-facing team
  • Likes the hands-on aspect of researching and diagnosing deliverability issues by querying datasets, examining 3rd party insights, and running experiments
  • Familiarity with 3rd party email deliverability tools (Mailgun, MXToolbox, etc.)
  • A basic understanding of authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • An understanding of global privacy and anti-spam laws (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
  • Strong empathy for our users and passion for revenue and growth
