Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Walmart Order Manager to oversee the growth of our dropshipping business on the platform.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing orders on Walmart's platform, strong skills in Excel, and a keen eye for product profitability, pricing, and stock management.

This role involves processing customer orders, monitoring and managing stock availability, maintaining and updating product pricing, searching and listing profitable products, tracking and organizing order records, communicating with suppliers/retailers, and regularly checking for price changes and stock updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders from purchase to delivery.
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking and adjust listings accordingly.
  • Maintain profit margins through strategic pricing decisions.
  • Research and list high-demand products based on market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Analyze and optimize order processes using Excel and internal tools.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers/retailers to resolve any order issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience managing Walmart orders is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with dropshipping operations, particularly on the Walmart marketplace.
  • Ability to manage complex profit margin calculations and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent research skills for identifying profitable products and staying up-to-date with market trends.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized, with minimal supervision required.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
