E-commerce Manager Job Title

Job description: We seek a skilled E-commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our client's Amazon private label operations. This role involves managing all aspects of private label products on Amazon, including product launches, ongoing optimization, and daily operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage private label products on Amazon by preparing FBA shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and resolving any inventory or warehousing issues.
  • Track and reconcile all shipments for accurate records, recover lost inventory, and file reimbursement cases as needed.
  • Provide Seller Central support, ensuring timely resolutions and proper documentation.
  • Optimize product listings with SEO best practices, keyword integration, and compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Write compelling titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to increase visibility and conversion.
  • Publish enhanced brand content (A+ Content) to improve the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to stay competitive in product rankings.
  • Use Google Sheets to track KPIs, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights on sales and advertising.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience with private label on Amazon.
  • Experience in Walmart management.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and time management skills are essential.
