  • Shipping Coordination: Communicate with warehouse teams to ship orders and update spreadsheets accordingly.
  • Digital Access Support: Send eBook access to customers using designated software platforms.
  • Billing: Process invoices to relevant parties after order shipment, adhering to specified formats.
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor payments through online platforms and follow up with customers for unpaid invoices.
  • Bookkeeping: Track expenses and income in QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer emails and inquiries related to orders promptly.
  • Data Management: Conduct data harvesting and maintain organized records for future reference.
  • General Management: Provide support for other operational tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
