Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and QuickBooks Online. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with our Canadian head office team to ensure seamless client support.

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 34,000 - 44,000 per month, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Handle bookkeeping for Canadian clients using QuickBooks Online.
  • Reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian bookkeeping and tax requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Canadian head office team on client support.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
  • Experience supporting North American clients (Canada/US) in a BPO setting.
