Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized financial management specialist with expertise in QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records, process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts, and prepare financial reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts, identifying and addressing any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, providing insights into the company's financial performance and position.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations, managing employee data and benefits, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Manage invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments, ensuring prompt and accurate payment to suppliers and vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a financial management specialist with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks is a must, with proficiency in both online and desktop versions.
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other accounting software, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting, with a focus on maintaining high-quality records and reports.
