Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business excellence initiatives, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive business results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Communicate business excellence performance to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using Minitab, Text Analytics, and Speech Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing virtual teams.
  • Passion for driving business results and improving operational efficiency.
