This role offers the opportunity to work with quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market, collaborating closely with project managers to ensure successful study delivery.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing end-to-end project tasks such as link setup, testing, and delivery of study invitations via custom tools.
  • Managing sampling for allocated projects from setup to internal invites and custom recruitment.
  • Excellent understanding of project recruitment methodologies; coordinating with project assistants to maximize results.
  • Building sampling plans for allocated projects.
  • Liaising with other teams to optimize internal sample resources through phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions.
  • Regularly reviewing projects to inform project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted.
  • Providing recruitment updates to the project management team upon request.
  • Ensuring projects are completed within stipulated timelines.
  • Crafting alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient.
  • Tracking and reporting on sampling performance at a project level.
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of M3's sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to support project deliverability.
  • Addressing project managers' and stakeholders' requests in a timely manner.
  • Attending meetings with PMs regarding assigned projects to ensure project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood.
  • Documenting key meetings and sharing checklists with attendees afterwards.
  • Hosting internal or external market research pretest/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Tracking and reporting on custom recruitment performance.
  • Supporting PMs in closing and invoicing projects in a timely manner.
  • Setting up Dynamic Audiences on projects according to clients' specifications.


The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant coursework in market research or healthcare is preferred but not required. 0-1 year of market research experience is also preferred. The role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, detail-oriented individuals able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in market research tools and platforms is a plus. Ability to meet and exceed key metrics, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel), and basic math skills are essential.
