Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Development and Supply Chain Expert to join our team. As a key member of our product development lifecycle, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of product development projects.

Your primary focus will be on managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and analyzing financial data to ensure profitable partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers, including direct communication, sample sourcing, pricing negotiation, and timeline management.
  • Conduct financial analyses for new and ongoing products, using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Work closely with the product development team to understand product requirements and ensure activities align with product development timelines and budgets.
  • Identify and source new suppliers to meet business needs, researching and evaluating potential suppliers for new or existing projects.
  • Manage timelines and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all new products launched per season.
  • Ensure production teams conduct contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal documentation to support efficient decision-making.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with internal stakeholders regarding updates, decisions, and deadlines.
