**Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant Role Overview**

This role focuses on leading the delivery of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain projects with a focus on Production Planning and Manufacturing Execution. We are seeking an experienced professional with hands-on ERP implementation experience in a manufacturing context to join our expert team.

As a successful candidate, you will lead key project phases, advise clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management best practices, and ensure solutions align with business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, design solutions, and drive the implementation of AI agents for predictive analytics, process automation, and decision support.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should have excellent workshop facilitation, solution design, and documentation skills. The ideal candidate will be able to engage confidently with senior business stakeholders and influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain projects with a focus on Production Planning and Manufacturing Execution.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to future process maps, define requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Develop Detailed Solution Design documents.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide expert recommendations for process improvements.
  • Configure and implement Dynamics 365 modules, including Supply Chain, Production Control, Master Planning, and related areas.
  • Drive the implementation of AI agents for predictive analytics, process automation, and decision support.
  • Contribute to IoT integration for real-time data capture and manufacturing process optimisation.
  • Facilitate and lead workshops, user training, and change management activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful system integration, testing, and deployment.
