Email Solutions Specialist

About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team and take on meaningful responsibilities. As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with an Account Manager to support various duties, including email campaign organization and marketing strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to set up and optimize email campaigns using our platform.
  2. Provide expertise on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
  3. Troubleshoot email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  4. Educate customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  5. Partner with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  6. Create and manage visual email automation workflows within the chosen email platform, as well as in Google Slides, Vibe, or any other collaborative tool.
  7. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  8. Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
  9. Present and discuss email marketing campaign reports with clients in a 30-minute focused meeting on a monthly basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of email operations, deliverability, and related roles at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with email analytics tools and monitoring platforms (Postmaster Tools, BIMI, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with API integrations related to email services.
