As an expert in email operations, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their goals through effective email campaigns and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to work with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for email deliverability, including sender reputation management and authentication.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Educate clients on email compliance standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  • Create and manage visual email automation workflows to enhance user experience.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to promote user adoption and success.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IP management and email authentication protocols.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
