Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a Marketing Automation Professional to manage and optimize our marketing workflows, ensuring smooth automation of email, SMS campaigns, pipelines, and lead management systems.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in automation tools like GoHighLevel (GHL).

In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns, setting up and maintaining automated pipelines to streamline lead nurturing and sales processes, working within GoHighLevel (GHL) to create workflows, triggers, and CRM automations, handling basic coding (HTML, CSS, or JavaScript) for email templates and minor automation customizations, maintaining and updating spreadsheets for tracking campaign performance and KPIs, troubleshooting automation issues and improving workflow efficiency, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Set up and maintain automated pipelines to streamline lead nurturing and sales processes.
  • Work within GoHighLevel (GHL) to create workflows, triggers, and CRM automations.
  • Handle basic coding (HTML, CSS, or JavaScript) for email templates and minor automation customizations.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing automation, email/SMS marketing, or CRM management.
  • Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) and other automation tools.
  • Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for email and automation customizations.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
