Job Summary

This role involves managing internal communications, creating engaging content for PR and awards submissions, and leading communication efforts for Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and storytelling skills, creativity, and the ability to communicate effectively across various mediums.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and distribute company-wide announcements, HR memos, and other internal communications.
  2. Ensure consistent messaging across all internal platforms.
Content Creation

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, collaborating with various departments, and creating engaging press releases and business award entries.

Social Media Management

They will also be tasked with curating content for company social media platforms related to press, awards, and employee engagement activities, while monitoring social media trends and adapting strategies accordingly.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

In this role, they will coordinate and support CSR initiatives, develop communications around CSR activities, and liaise with community partners and internal stakeholders for CSR projects.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications or a related role.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in various social media platforms and content management systems.

Additional skills include creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and accuracy, adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
