Job Title: English Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an English Communication Specialist. This role involves refining our training systems and processes to ensure effective communication with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs focused on communication, culture, and language skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging learning experiences for various groups.
  • Analyze feedback from trainees to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in communication and training.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in communication and/or culture language training is required, preferably in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment.
  2. Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts, is essential.
  3. Experience in BPO is a plus.
  4. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are necessary for this role.
  5. Candidates should be adaptable and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
