Job Description:

The Site Quality Manager will be responsible for driving quality excellence across all programs at the Baguio site. This role involves ensuring adherence to industry standards, customer, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a unified quality strategy, advancing quality maturity, utilizing state-of-the-art analysis techniques, leading a team of functional quality leaders, and overseeing internal and external audits.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, business, or a related technical field, with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in quality management within the aerospace, defense, or space sectors. Proven experience managing quality across multiple business units or product lines, strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and industry standards are essential. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
