Job Title:

This role oversees a team of Team Leaders in the Sales Account, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to analyze and maintain Client Service Level Agreements, implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will pursue revenue growth to achieve long- and short-term financial objectives.
  • Select, train, and manage direct reports, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • Oversee operational reports (Attendance, PFP, Client scorecard, Metrics management) and create relationships with client partners.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to review individual performance and offer coaching.
  • Create a positive work environment through employee engagement and resolve employee relation issues professionally.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to drive continuous improvement and over-deliver for clients.
Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum Associate's Degree in a related field combined with more than seven years of experience (including at least two years of progressive management experience).
  • Call center experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop action plans to maximize performance and provide effective feedback.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes and mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work flexible schedules.
