Job Description

As a Data Quality Analyst, you will ensure accurate, high-quality data reporting by investigating anomalies, validating collected data, and coordinating with various stakeholders to identify and resolve technical or behavioral discrepancies.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative or research work
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in working with data
• Familiarity with mathematical and statistical concepts and formulas (an advantage)
• Proficient in using MS Excel and MS Access
• Quick to learn and able to follow detailed instructions to produce accurate results
• Highly organized, with a strong understanding of documenting progress
• Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude
• Able to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Willing to work flexible or shifting schedules as required

Your Daily Tasks

• Validate overnight data from retail locations including Shopping Centres, High Streets, and Retail Parks
• Investigate anomalies using pattern recognition software
• Distinguish between data changes due to customer behavior and technical faults
• Raise engineer site visits when necessary and monitor the impact
• Adjust and maintain data accuracy for client reporting
• Document any changes and reasons in the system
• Set up new locations in the database
• Respond to ad hoc customer data queries
• Perform research and outreach to resolve inconsistencies
• Contribute to team performance and knowledge sharing
• Follow ISO processes and GDPR compliance
