Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist for Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and promote financial solutions and services.
  • Achieve assigned sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Represent the company in front of an audience and on video.
  • Build a personal brand on social media platforms.
  • Partner with influencers and community groups to arrange promotional content.
  • Host webinars and provide regular customer guidance.
  • Conduct livestream sessions in partnered groups or on personal platforms.
  • Convert marketing-generated leads into paying customers using CRM and email marketing tools.
Requirements
  • Be outgoing with excellent communication skills.
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera and conducting livestreams/webinars.
  • Work remotely from home, with strong personal time management and professionalism.
  • Be able to handle pressure and have prior sales experience in any industry.
  • Be proficient with computers and software applications.
  • Have conversational English for internal communication.
  • Prior experience in the finance field is highly desirable.
  • Experience in building a personal brand is essential.
