Permanent, Full-Time

Shift:
Morning Shift (5:00 AM–2:00 PM or 6:00 AM–3:00 PM)

Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays (Weekends Off)

We work with many of the country's most respected personal injury law firms, providing innovative funding solutions that help them grow by unlocking working capital and easing cashflow constraints.

We are currently seeking a
Junior Software Support Developer
to join our Manila-based team and play a key role in driving the success of our technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement system changes and enhancements
  • Coordinate with the Software Support Analyst to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Work closely with internal teams and external parties to improve our digital systems
  • Participate in testing new application features and contribute to QA processes
  • Maintain thorough documentation of system changes and enhancements
  • Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Application Development or a similar role within financial services, management consulting, or professional services
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following:
    VB.NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript, or SQL
  • Experience with bespoke software development and
    MS-SQL
    database servers (highly regarded)
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as
    , Jira, or Teamwork
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and contribute actively to team discussions and technical decisions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology is highly regarded
