Expert Financial Transformation Professional

">In this position, you will be part of an integrated global network of professionals who design and optimize client service business processes for efficiency and high performance. You will leverage various frameworks, methodologies, solutions specific to our offerings, and articulate presentations that communicate proposals, strategies, plans, and outcomes.
">Key responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise and leading delivery teams in record-to-report process areas, such as manual journal entries automation, accrual engine design and implementation, revenue recognition design and implementation, and financial close and consolidation processes. Additionally, you will lead implementation teams in business requirement gathering, blueprinting, functional design, and implementation of ERPs like SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle Fusion, MS Dynamics, and digital finance tools.
">You will also own specialization areas and be accountable for their financial and non-financial growth. Furthermore, you will lead pursuit teams to understand client problem statements and formulate solutions, lead developing client-specific solutions for engagement teams, and collaborate with market teams to secure more business for our organization.
">To succeed in this role, you will require 10-15 years of relevant consulting experience, preferably with international clients, and experience working with multinational consulting firms or Big Four firms.
