Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Associate to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are well-planned and executed with clear goals and objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders and coordinate with software and system vendors to support smooth project execution.

Your responsibilities will include preparing key documents such as project charters and work plans, sharing important information with all parties, and identifying potential risks. You will also collaborate with senior executives in a multicultural environment to keep projects aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all projects are accurately planned and project goals are achievable.
  • Interact and collaborate closely with stakeholders
  • Communicate and cooperate with software and system vendors
  • Ensure that information is captured and disseminated to all stakeholders
  • Prepare project documents such as project charter, work plan, communication plan etc.
  • Mitigate project risks
  • Communicate and work with senior executives in a multicultural context
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination, support, or junior project management roles
  • Experience assisting in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and documentation
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as ProjectLibre, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
