Remote Team Lead Opportunity

Stranger Soccer is a rapidly growing company that's revolutionizing the way people play football. We're seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our remote team as a City Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in driving sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on one or more locations, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on branch or department management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets while delighting customers
  • Experience managing teams of 3+ people, with a focus on leadership and accountability
  • Excellent English communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, with a focus on hospitality or business administration
  • Franchise development and support experience a plus, as well as knowledge of football
