
Healthcare Operations Manager

This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services to enterprise clients. The successful candidate will oversee regional clinicians, manage client relationships, and maintain service quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Service Delivery (30%)
- Manage clinician rosters and ensure services are delivered on time.
- Oversee transitions, escalations, and referrals for high-risk or complex cases.
- Supervise onsite or regional clinicians and monitor session quality.
- Conduct orientation and operational onboarding for new clinicians.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve service experience and workflows.
- Engage in cross-country best practice exchange and maintain regional alignment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
- Provide regular updates and insights to support client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent).
- At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in clinical operations or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical management, client relationship building, and service quality improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
