Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our content creator team.

This includes coordinating and communicating weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met, as well as driving process improvements and maintaining a supportive and growth-focused work environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing remote teams and a background working within the digital content ecosystem.

  • Coordinate and Communicate Team Schedules
  • Oversee Onboarding Process for New Hires
  • Act as Primary Contact for Operational Questions and Day-to-Day Workflow Issues
  • Track Team Performance and Process Adherence
  • Maintain and Improve Standard Operating Procedures

  • Monitor Key Operational Metrics and Deliver Regular Reports to Management

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.

• Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.

• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.

• Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is a definite advantage.

• Familiarity with subscription-based or premium content platforms is a plus.

• Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
