Job Overview

This role involves overseeing financial records, preparing tax returns, handling payroll processing, and performing bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage payroll processing and prepare payroll returns accurately and timely.
  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant with expertise in QuickBooks, tax returns, payroll returns, and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and payroll processes.
