We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, including tax returns, bookkeeping, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and complete tax returns for clients, covering personal and business income
  • Conduct research on necessary laws prior to submitting returns
  • Provide timely and thorough reporting to clients to avoid open items
  • Perform external bookkeeping services, including QuickBooks support
  • Review monthly and quarterly bookkeeping records and prepare relevant reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related field is required
  • Proficiency in tax and accounting software/tools such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, CCH Access/ProFX Tax, Intelliconnect Tax Research, Intelliforms, Tax Tools, CFS Payroll, Practice Management Time Entry, Accounting Research, PFX Tax Planning, Proseries Tax Planner, CCH Engagement External Bookkeeper is essential
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred but not mandatory
