Job Description

The role of Regulatory Compliance Lead involves overseeing the company's adherence to regulatory requirements. This entails monitoring regulatory changes, conducting research on compliance issues, and summarizing updates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering data for regulatory reports, maintaining compliance documentation, and managing correspondence with government agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor regulatory changes and proactively track new laws, regulations, circulars, advisories, and guidelines issued by regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct regulatory research on specific compliance issues or regulatory requirements as directed by senior compliance officers or management.
  • Summarize regulatory updates and their potential impact on the company's operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in regulatory report preparation; gather, validate, and organize data required for accurate and timely submission of various regulatory reports.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and manage regulatory correspondence with regulatory bodies and other government agencies.
  • Support policy development and updates; assist in the development, review, and update of internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls to align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
