Regulatory Compliance Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring regulatory changes, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • I. Regulatory Monitoring & Research: Track and review new laws, regulations, circulars, advisories, and guidelines issued by regulatory bodies. Conducting regulatory research on specific compliance issues or regulatory requirements is also essential.
  • II. Regulatory Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing regulatory reports, gathering and validating data, and submitting reports to relevant authorities. Maintain compliance documentation and manage regulatory correspondence with regulatory bodies and other government agencies.
  • III. Policy & Procedure Support: Develop and update internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls to align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • VII. General Administrative & Ad-hoc Duties: Maintain compliance databases/systems, prepare presentations and reports on compliance metrics, and participate in special projects as assigned.
