As a key member of our marketing team, you will drive the development and execution of international marketing strategies to expand into new markets. Your expertise in e-commerce marketing, particularly in the US and UK, will be invaluable in shaping our global marketing strategy.

This is a senior-level role ideal for a seasoned marketing professional with extensive e-commerce experience. You will oversee brand development, paid advertising, email marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Developing and launching targeted marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions and product launches.
  • Overseeing brand development to resonate with international audiences while maintaining consistency and authenticity.
  • Managing and scaling paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
  • Optimizing the website for higher conversion rates and improved customer experience through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Leading Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Monitoring marketing performance metrics and adjusting strategies to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in scaling e-commerce businesses from 7-figure to 8-figure revenues.
  • Strong knowledge of international markets, particularly the US and UK.
  • Hands-on experience with brand development, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, SEO, and CRO.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership skills and a track record of managing or building marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
