Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic operations professional to lead our ecommerce endeavors. This role requires an individual with experience in operations or e-commerce management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. They will also have a deep understanding of e-commerce software, including Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, and their ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Operations Management: Lead and streamline operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management. Identify and troubleshoot technical solutions to optimize workflows and performance.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of e-commerce software to troubleshoot technical and strategic issues within these platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and clean operational data to identify trends and patterns. Generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Customer Experience: Utilize platforms like Gorgias to deliver outstanding customer service. Represent the brand and analyze customer feedback to implement improvements.
  • Marketing & Growth: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and create high-performing landing pages.
  • Project & Fulfillment Management: Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with quality standards.
