Responsibilities:
  • Master calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements to maximize efficiency.
  • Owning the inbox, manage communications, and prioritize key messages as a gatekeeper.
  • Drive special projects from start to finish with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Build professional connections between internal teams and external stakeholders as a liaison.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: More than 6 months in administrative or executive support roles, preferably at a high level.
  • Effective communication: Clear, confident, and discreet written and verbal style.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with an ambiguous workflow.
  • Tech-savviness: Natural comfort with technology and a rapid learning curve.
  • Availability: Full-time (40 hrs/week) during U.S. business hours.
