At the forefront of risk management, we seek an exceptional professional to join our team as a dedicated support assistant for our Risk Advisors.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supporting brokerage account managers and demonstrate unwavering attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert administrative support to one Risk Advisor (Account Manager).
  • Assist in crafting insurance quotations, proposals, and renewal documents to facilitate seamless client servicing.
  • Accurately process and input data into web-based insurance systems, CRMs, and editable PDFs.
  • Maintain and update client records and policy information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and issue certificates of insurance as requested.
  • Gather and organize client data to prepare insurance policy applications and other supporting documentation.
  • Utilize knowledge of managing billing processes with clients and insurance carriers.
  • Organize and track outstanding documentation, including policy subjectivities and compliance requirements.
  • Draft and send professional communications to clients, insurers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Risk Advisor.

For this role, we are seeking:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and concepts.
  • Experience with insurance management systems or CRMs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
