We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and investigating credit card processing activities, answering inquiries regarding risk management and disputes, and ensuring a white glove customer experience while protecting our financial interests.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a detective-like mentality, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. They should be comfortable making decisions with significant monetary implications in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, including reviewing and understanding documentation provided by customers, performing risk assessments and reviews as necessary, and completing ad-hoc risk-related duties as assigned.
