The Opportunity:
An experienced Network Escalation Engineer will join our Managed Services team, working closely with clients to deliver customized solutions and outstanding support.
This is a challenging role that requires a strong ability to analyze complex network issues and develop effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support and consultation to clients across various industries.
- Evaluate client networks and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to complex network issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in network support.
- Expert-level technical certifications, such as CCNP or equivalent training.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Cisco ISR, and Catalyst switches, Palo Alto, and FortiGate networking equipment.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, security principles, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
