About the Position
We are looking for an accomplished TEAM MANAGER TECHNICAL SUPPORT to oversee our technical support operations at Turnitin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving customer satisfaction, and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of technical support specialists to ensure timely and effective support delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to drive continuous process improvements.
- Implement opportunities to increase customer adoption and retention.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years experience in technical support leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering results-oriented customer success initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
