About the Position

We are looking for an accomplished TEAM MANAGER TECHNICAL SUPPORT to oversee our technical support operations at Turnitin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving customer satisfaction, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of technical support specialists to ensure timely and effective support delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer needs.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to drive continuous process improvements.
  4. Implement opportunities to increase customer adoption and retention.
  5. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years experience in technical support leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented customer success initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
