Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support to join our IT support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Diagnose and troubleshoot system problems, including network, connectivity, and software issues.

Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a ticketing system.

Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams when necessary.

Assist in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure, including workstations and servers.

Conduct regular system updates, backups, and security measures to ensure data integrity.

Provide training and guidance to end-users on software applications and best practices.

Collaborate with other IT team members to improve overall system performance and efficiency.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance support services.

Qualifications and Skills:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or a similar role.

Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and troubleshooting methodologies.

Familiarity with IT support tools, remote desktop applications, and help desk software.

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping users resolve technical issues.
