Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at RCX Recruitment Inc.
About the RoleAs a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be the frontline of our company, responsible for creating and applying an effective business development strategy for continuous growth. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build good working relationships with internal and external partners and customers.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and executive leadership.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and customers, including suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and present detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process, which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or Food Technology or any related business course.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Specialist in the Food / Dairy Product industry.
- Proven working experience as a business development executive, technical sales executive or a relevant role in the food industry.
- Proven sales track record in the food and beverage sector specifically in food manufacturing or commissaries.
- Knowledgeable in market research and analysis; prepares research-based reports and sales forecasts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build good working relationships between internal and external partners and customers.
