Insurance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing timely resolutions to any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to internal teams.

Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of insurance operations, particularly in commercial lines
- Familiarity with insurance terminology, policy documents, and servicing workflows
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to handle client interactions professionally
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or exposure to construction or contractor insurance is a HUGE plus
