As part of our growing remote operations, we're seeking a proactive individual to manage insurance billing and collections for assigned facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process claims with a high degree of accuracy
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with payers and facility staff
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Proven experience in insurance billing and collections, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a fast learner, and adapt quickly to new applications and tools.
