Job Overview

The role of an Insurance Account Manager is to provide exceptional support to our insurance operations. This position involves filling out applications and Acord forms, submitting quotes with underwriters via email, and managing quotes through online portals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete and process insurance applications and Acord forms accurately.
  • Submit quote requests to underwriters via email and track responses.
  • Obtain quotes from online insurance portals and prepare comparative proposals.
  • Communicate with underwriters and clients to ensure timely processing of applications.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of all submissions and quotes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in insurance, underwriting support, or account management is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Acord forms and insurance quoting portals is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with excellent organizational skills will thrive in this role.
