Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish)
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative at our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. You will handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish, translating and communicating clearly across both languages. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries while maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Key responsibilities include:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Be 18 years or older

- Be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
