Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Knowledge Base Writer to create and update valuable articles for our customers and support team.

This role is pivotal in shaping our company's knowledge base and supporting our team. As a Key Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and refining our content strategy, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. They should also have experience working with documentation software, such as Confluence or Zendesk Guide, and be comfortable asking questions when clarification is needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Update existing documentation to reflect process changes and improvements.
  • Develop new content to meet the evolving needs of our customers and support team.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all content created.
