Job Title: Digital Content Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that inspires, informs, and encourages our audience to respond positively to our campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create compelling visual concepts to communicate ideas through multiple platforms such as social media, websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.
  2. Develop high-quality content for various channels, utilizing your creativity and technical skills to produce engaging and effective content.
  3. Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable finished product ready for posting, incorporating camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
  4. Collaborate with the content production team to follow an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  5. Apply search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize online visibility in search results.
  6. Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms, utilizing advertising tools, audience targeting, and budget optimization.


Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  1. A proven record of excellent content creation demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
  2. Experience in virtual assistance, customer service, or the BPO industry is advantageous.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  4. Graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other essential design tools.
  5. Video editing skills, including proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, and other essential video editing software.
  6. Knowledge of layout, design, and typography, as well as digital and print requirements for formatting.
  7. Familiarity with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRMs.
  8. Expertise in handling different social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
  9. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
  10. Knowledge of using online calendars and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar.
  11. Ability to handle phone, email, and instant messaging communication platforms.
  12. Advanced computer skills and a strong focus on time management, organization, and teamwork.


Equipment Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, you will need:
  • A reliable laptop or desktop computer with at least i3/Core i5 processor or equivalent AMD processor and 8 GB RAM.
  • A computer headset with noise-cancelling feature.
  • A wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Microsoft Office and PDF reader software, as well as Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype, Zoom, and other essential tools.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, as well as Canva and other graphic design software.
