We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage key operational tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter purchase orders into an accounting software and maintain accurate records on a spreadsheet.
- Communicate with the warehouse to ship orders and update spreadsheets accordingly.
- Send eBook access to customers using designated software.
- Process invoices after order shipment, adhering to specified formats.
- Monitor payments through a website and follow up with customers for unpaid invoices.
- Track expenses and income in accounting software.
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries related to orders promptly.
- Maintain organized records and support other operational tasks as needed.
- Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in order processing, billing, and data management is a plus.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, Excel, and email.
